Hi I'm Cathy and I run Harmonize holistic therapies. I am a fully qualified holistic therapist. I have a wonderful inviting and relaxing treatment room at my home and in Barnstaple. I am also fully mobile and can provide my treatments in the comfort of your own home. I offer Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, full body and back, neck and shoulders. Reflexology, Reiki and Rahanni celestial healing. I like to treat the body as a whole not just the symptoms, the mind, body and soul, to create balance and regain health and wellbeing. They can help on a physical, mental and emotional level.
I am passionate about what I do as these treatments have helped me through many of my own health issues, it is so nice that I can now help others to regain their health and wellbeing too.
